NRC have a fully complete and comprehensive service, spares and accessories department for a quick response to customer failures and luckily for our Signature series equipment of our Neo, Link, Halo, Sun, Sea, Star and Sky failures are very few.
It is important that downtime on critical emergency systems is kept to a minimum and therefore we stock all of the parts in order to provide continuity of service with a minimum downtime. All DigiX equipment is backed up with a range of accessories from stock for urgent events and we can deploy spare emergency equipment at a moments notice. It is not uncommon that serviced/repaired radios to be turned around and despatched within the same day.
We have experience with all other leading manufacturers that equipment could be away for weeks at a time.
